It coordinates key processes and ensures the smooth functioning of the group in Lithuania and abroad. It also takes care of effective cooperation between group companies and their consistent development.
Our branches
ICECO Holding group operations are distributed across several cities in Lithuania in order to efficiently manage different business areas and ensure smooth cooperation between them. This structure allows each unit to focus on its core activities and maintain high operational efficiency.
In Kaunas, the sales, marketing, and financial management teams are located, responsible for the group’s commercial activities and strategic oversight. Marijampolė hosts the production, technology, warehousing, and part of the sales teams, serving as the main production and operational hub. In Daugai, the aquaculture farm is being developed, while in Alytus a new fish processing plant is under development, which will become an important part of the group’s production expansion.
